ROYAL BRITISH LEGION A message from ex Sgt Peter Dawson
I would be grateful if you would bring to the attention of members of NARPO, many of whom are ex-servicemen that membership of the Royal British Legion is open to all of them.
The object of the RBL is to help those ex-servicemen and women who are in need and the work carried out by members who are all volunteers, is wide ranging and sympathetic.
There are branches in most areas of the city and county and are in easy reach.
The most easily recognisable activity as the annual Poppy Appeal which raises funds for the legion.
New members are always welcome and if 1 can help, please contact me. I would be pleased to hear from you and hopefully put you in contact with your nearest branch.
